No Refunds on Medications
Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any medications. This includes but is not limited to:

- Over-the-counter medications
- Supplements and vitamins
Once these items are shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions

- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a store credit after verifying the issue.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a store credit.

Refund Process

- 3. Return Shipment: Send the item back as instructed. Include the authorization number with your return.

- 5. Refund Issuance: If approved, we will issue a store credit or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer's preference.
