We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. This shipping policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and other important information related to the shipment of orders from our online pharmaceutical e-commerce store.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-6 business days.

Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $14.99 for individual products and $19.99 for a kit without a subscription.
  • Standard Shipping with Medication Disposal Return Label: For customers who wish to safely dispose of unused medications, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $25.99, which includes a Medication Disposal Return Label.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with the carrier to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 3 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
